  5. The Hummingbird Systems Equipment Sales and Maintenance System was developed to
  6. control problems encountered by organizations which sell and maintain equipment
  7. installed at a customer's site. A bill-of-material is used to define the
  8. installed equipment (by serial number). Reports include installed equipment by
  9. customer, where-used report, installed base by product number, equipment under
  10. maintenance, equipment due to come off maintenance, equipment not under
  11. maintenance, rental systems, and equipment due to come off rental. This module
  12. integrates with and requires the Hummingbird Systems General Accounting modules
  13. and the Hummingbird Systems Order Entry and Billing, Inventory Control, and
  14. Sales Analysis modules.
